COUNTERS
Up counters; down counters; variable-rate
counters. Large Red, Green, or Amber LEDs. Four to
twelve digits--or more. Digit heights: 2.25, 4, 6,
8, 12, or 18 inches. Data inputs: RS232/RS422/RS485;
LAN; Ethernet; Modem; Wireless.
TIMERS
Up or down timers. Large Red, Green, or Amber LEDs.
Four to twelve digits--or more. Display hours and
minutes (HH:MM) or hours, minutes, and seconds (HH:MM:SS).
Other time formats available. Digit heights: 2.25,
4, 6, 8, 12, or 18 inches.
PRODUCTION SCOREBOARDS
Display production performance (“Planned Units”, “Actual
Units”, “Net Gain/Loss”), lean
data, safety records (Days since last injury”),
and other data throughout your plant. Large Red,
Green, or Amber LEDs. Complete turn-key systems available--including
PLCs/PCs/Software/Installation and scoreboard displays.
Standard configuration: three line. Available in
2.25, 4, 6, 8, and 12-inch high characters. Data
inputs: RS232/RS422/RS485; LAN; Ethernet; Modem;
Wireless.
ANDON SYSTEMS
Complete turn-key systems available--including PLCs/PCs/Software/Installation
and the ANDON display. Incandescent and LED systems.
Audible outputs using a sound card. Double Sided
or Single Sided. Programmable Tri-Color LED digits:
display red (for a problem or stock-out situation),
amber (potential problem or low-stock situation)
or green (all systems go). Available in 2.25, 4,
6, 8, and 12-inch high characters. Data inputs: PC
or PLC with RS232, RS485 or Ethernet.
MESSAGE SIGNS
Static or scrolling marquees. Large Red,
Green, or Amber LEDs; tri-color LEDs. Available in
2, 4, 6, and 8-inch high characters. Standard message
lengths: 16, 20, and 24 characters. Windows-based
software permits creating messages. Data inputs:
Ethernet, PC, or PLC; RS232 or RS422/485. Window/POP/Retail
displays include an IR remote to load messages.
CLOCK SYSTEMS
12 or 24 hour mode. Large Red, Green, or
Amber LEDs. Display hours and minutes (HH:MM) or
hours, minutes, and seconds (HH:MM:SS). Stand-alone,
master-slave, GPS, and LAN systems. Four or six digits.
