Application:

Displays are used to loaded status messages for the production lines. Certain messages will be triggered by BCD to display machine status or part status.

Description:

• Single Sided; indoor, single line of a bright 2.0 inch high alpha/numeric characters 20 characters per display.

• Display will accept preloaded serial messages from the supplied windows software application. 4 inputs inside the enclosure will activate each of the messages using BCD format. Up to 15 messages can be stored and activated using BCD.

• Input 1: Message 01

• Input 2: Message 02

• Input 3: Message 04

• Input 4: Message 08

• 10 foot RS232 serial cable provided to download message to the display form a Windows PC or Laptop.

• NEMA 1, aluminum enclosure with a black powder-coat finish, and red acrylic filter.

• Dimensions: 43”L x 4”H x 2.5”D

Power Requirements: 120 VAC / 60 HZ, terminal block provided.
